Cherish Roberts LCPC, LMFT
Executive Family Consultant
Cherish is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2009 and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011. She received her Masters degree in Psychology from MSU-Billings in 2002. She worked for Tumbleweed Program in Billings for 13 years, fulfilling a variety of positions. She began with the after hours on-call program providing counseling services to families in crisis. Cherish went on to supervise the program for her last 10 years at Tumbleweed. While at Tumbleweed she also provided counseling to students at Crossroads alternative high school as their crisis counselor. Upon the school’s closing, Cherish transferred to Skyview high school to help pilot their at-risk youth program and provide counseling services to students, which she did until 2011. In 2012 Cherish became the Clinical Supervisor for Tumbleweed’s Runaway and Homeless Youth Program. Cherish opened CrossWay Inc in the Billings Heights in 2009. After having seen the need for a program in Billings to better serve families navigating the court system and their high-conflict divorces, Cherish decided to open Family Ties Consulting PBC in 2020. She primarily serves as Parenting Coordinator for Family Ties as her passion is navigating the court system and helping wade through high conflict situations with families.
Amie Havner, LCPC
Amie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since November 2017. She received her Master’s degree from MSU-Billings. Amie worked for Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch for 4 years in various positions including Lead Counselor in their residential program, a Relief Therapist also in their residential program and an Assistant Manager for King, one of their past therapeutic community group homes. She also worked as Area Manager of Billings Youth Dynamics for over 8 years, supervising their outpatient services for children and families. Amie most recently worked as Project Coordinator for the Yellowstone Youth Crisis Network, a grant funded project whose goal is to help youth and families experiencing mental health crisis to gain access to community resources. Amie has been with Cross Way Inc since summer 2016. Amie enjoys nature photography, music, movies, reading and spending time with family and friends.
At Family Ties, Amie provides Reunification and Court Involved Therapy. She is also trained in parenting coordination and supervised visitations.
At CrossWay Inc she provides the following specialized counseling services to individuals and families:

Taylor Haidle- LCPC Candidate, MA
Taylor’s family roots are in Montana. He returned to Billings after growing up in Colorado and living in California for some time. Montana is home. His passion for the therapeutic alliance grew when he discovered the transformation that occurs from being known. Few experiences are more powerful than being seen for who we truly are in a safe and non-judgmental environment. This space is where we can learn to use your strengths to overcome challenges. Taylor recently graduated with his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Irvine and is looking forward to serving.
Taylor has been a part of Family Ties since the beginning and has extensive experience in supervised visitations as well as training and experience in parent coordination, reunification therapy and court-involved therapy.
Ashley Satrom – Program & Operations Coordinator, Notary Public
Ashley is originally from Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Grace College in Indiana. She and her husband Bryce and their two children live in Billings and enjoy camping and boating in the summer months. She joined Family Ties in the early days to help develop the program, creating policies and procedures, and is in charge of all client billing. She is our main point of contact for communication with attorneys involved in our cases, providing everything needed to start and manage their client’s case. Additionally, she manages the social media and websites for both Family Ties and CrossWay Inc and designs our promotional materials. She is a registered Notary Public in the State of Montana (Commission #20212271) available to serve our clients.

Derriann Green – Program Support Specialist/Case Coordinator
Derriann is a Billings native but has lived around most of Montana. Recently she spent three years gaining operational and administrative skills in Austin, TX. She is currently enrolled in Montana State University – Billings for additional education in Psychology and the mental health field. She spends her downtime caring for her fur-child Juno, and spends as much time as she can soaking up the beauties of Montana. Derriann is our main support for our court involved cases. She also provides assistance with policies, procedures, document creation and review, and other operational needs. She is our Jack-of-all-Trades in and out of the office; she’s ready for anything we or our clients need!
